This page deletes the early-access account tied to your phone number. You do not need the app installed to use it — verify your number below and the record is removed straight away.

What Pangu stores about you

Your conversations, documents and memories are stored only on your phone and are never sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes them.

The only personal information we hold on our servers is what you typed into the early-access form: your name, phone number and email address, along with how you heard about Pangu and whether your access has been approved. That is the record this page deletes.

What deletion removes

Deleted immediately and permanently: your name, phone number, email address, how you heard about us, and your approval status. The whole record is removed — we do not keep a disabled or archived copy.
Kept: nothing that identifies you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) for up to 30 days for security and reliability; these are not linked to your account and are deleted on that rolling schedule.
On your phone: untouched by this page, because we never had it. Uninstall the app to remove it.

How to request deletion

Enter the phone number you signed up with, above.
We send a verification code by SMS to that number.
Enter the code to confirm the number is yours.
Your account is deleted right away and the page confirms it. Nothing is queued for later review.

You can also email support@haiva.ai from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account within 30 days.
